Doriane

I've just ordered the Doriane print for my lounge room. I have been coveting this print for ages but wasn't quite sure how to frame it. I was thinking of putting it in an old ornate gold frame that I have at home but I'm still not 100% sold on the idea. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Oooh it would look fabulous no matter how you frame it..if it was mine though I would frame it in yellow :)

personally i would do a thick white mat (2inches) and a substantial white wooden frame (1 inch) but that's just the style I have been feeling lately ;) - good luck!

An old ornate frame would be best I think. But maybe an idea.. you could repaint it another colour?? Maybe even be bold and go red or black.

Not sure how big the print is, but it would look great in one of these frames http://www.robertgordonaustralia.com/AustMadeRanges/frames.htm
lots of colours to choose from. Good Luck!

The Robert Gordon frames are beautiful but a bit small I think - the print is about 1metre by 70cm. But I'm thinking I maybe paint the ornate frame a gloss black like Simone suggested. I would love to go yellow like Cyma suggested but not sure if I have the guts! Love the white idea too x

I would definitely not go black. If you look at print now it looks good, its almost bordered white in the picture and a antique white usa tint would set it off...
