A few weeks ago I mentioned I was giving my very 70s brown and green kitchen a lick of paint as I couldn't stand the sight of it anymore. I'm renting so I couldn't go crazy replacing range hoods or knocking through walls, but I think just a coat of white paint makes a huge difference. At least now it is light and airy and matches the rest of the house which is all white. Imagine what you could do if you owned it.

I can't stop painting now, just about every piece of furniture in the house is currently being painted white!
