I don't know about you but this image brings back some pretty strong memories. I remember every Sunday night as a kid, ready for bed after a bath and in our pjs, waiting for the Wonderful World of Disney to start. It was pretty much the only T.V. show Mum and Dad would let us watch and we looked forward to it every week.
On that note, our family has had a very Disney kind of week. My sister and her family just got back from Tokyo Disneyland. And then yesterday my brother and his family won a competition, the grand prize being a fully paid trip for four to L.A. Disneyland. Pretty cool huh!

Sunday night's we would have our bath and run downstairs in our towels where Mum would be waiting with our pj's warm in front of the fire. I can hear the build up music now!!!! Disney on Ice was childhood favourite also - we would catch the train to Melb in the school holidays with my Nan.
We didn't get the Disney channel when I was growing up, but a few times a year the cable company would give us a trial week with Disney, and I always got so excited. I've only been to the Florida Disney World, but I'm sure the others are great too - hope your family had/has fun!
Oh my goodness what a win....how wonderful.
Too funny - you must have been too young for Little House on the Prairie, Lassie and Skippy which were about the only other programmes we were allowed to watch apart from Disney. Did you know that the very imaginative Walt was once told that he suffered from a lack of imagination !! Go figure ;-) Lovely blog!
